A Day in the Life

So, here we are just doing what we do...art while wearing hats. You should stop over some day, this is what you'll see:) Adeline really feels like she needs to make her mark. It seems as if verbally expressing herself is just not enough. Now it must be in the written form. Boy, we will all be in trouble when she can fully communicate!
Actually, she does so good right now letting us know what she wants. Yesterday, we just rolled back into town from a weekend with family. The bags were still on the floor waiting to be unpacked. Well, Adeline pulled out her bib and wanted it on. That was easy. Then she went on her way for a bit and pulled out a can of green beans.
"Beans!" she said. Hmm...is she getting hungry? I'll just keep unpacking.
A few minutes later, she has found her bowl. "Bowl!" and she hands it to me.
"Are you hungry?" I asked her.

She ran to her high chair. Mystery solved.

So that is a bit of what life is like around here. And oh yeah, by the way, she sleeps now! Three molars later, she finally sleeps. Maybe next time I'll know something big is coming when she just won't sleep:)
