Adeline and I have been trying to spend as much time as possible outside before it gets too cold. We all know those chilly days are coming sooner than we'd like to think. It is my quest to find good quality indoor entertainment for the winter. Also, entertainment that will tire out a rambuncious toddler.
I do find it interesting that it is in October that Adeline finally realized just how fun a sandbox can be. She actually covered her hands with sand, dug out buried treasure, and SAT in the sandbox. I never thought I'd see the day. All summer long, the 4 times she used it, she would squat next to the edge and gingerly scoop sand out. Yesterday she actually cried when it was time to get out.
