I must admit my surprise...Adeline loved the gymnastics center. Every Friday morning they have an open gym for kids. It's a small fee and it is really an open gym. We went today and met a friend with her children there. Adeline was all over the place. Now, let me backtrack by saying, this is the same girl who screamed all through her music class. Maybe it's structure, I don't know, but boy did she have fun! It was like she owned that balance beam. There was no fear in any of the equipment. She was on the balance beam, the pommel horse, the rings, the uneven bars, and even a trampoline. My highlight was when she looked at me, smiled, and said, "Fun." We were there for just about an hour and a half. The only way I was able to get her out of there was to remind her that there were noodles, green beans, and an apple for lunch.
After that wonderful meal, she was asleep in about 10 minutes.

Anything that can help a nap is totally worth it! And she enjoyed it, that is even better
