Adeline is truly our gift from God. We have been so blessed. God knew the exact child for us and He knew that she was on the other side of the world. There are times when it is just so easy to rest in His sovereignty.
Again, we are working on finding a rhythm to this new life. The cadence has not been as steady as I would like, but things really are going well.
Adeline has not even been home a month yet and she has come so far. Just this week she started working on picking up pieces of bread with her thumb and pointer finger. She learned how to use her pointer finger to push a button and make some music come on, and just today she was actually on her hands and knees and in crawling position! She just amazes us every day.
These pictures are of Adeline, of course. We were doing a small photo shoot in one of her cutest outfits. She even enjoyed wearing the hat! They are in black and white because I am working on a black and white album of our darling.
