Oh Boy!

So, a few nights ago I was puttering around and Steve was reading a book to Adeline. I heard him stop and say, "Hey, what are you doing? Are you OK?" Her hand was in her mouth and she was gagging.
I walked in and she told me there was something in her mouth. I figured it was nothing, but made a big deal and got a flashlight to look in. Then she told me it was her thyroid. "What? Your thyroid?" She was sure that it was her thyroid giving her trouble. Then she changed her tune and told me that she felt her brain. Yup, her brain.

Long, strange story short, it turns out she was touching the uvula in the back of her throat and it was making her gag.

Poor kid, at three she's a hypochondriac already!
