Day Two

It's Day Two of the crud in our house. So far, it's just Ruby. Usually she gets it first and then shares it with the rest of us. She does sleep with her precious head on my pillow, so the fact that I get sick isn't too hard to understand. I just had a talk with Adeline about hand washing and the importance of it.

So we've had fever, loss of appetite, one stomach contents launch, a hacking cough, and now this morning a nosebleed.

Did I mention that she licked the cart at Target last week? Yup, stuck that little tongue out and licked. When, in horror, I corrected her behavior, she kept telling me, "Safe!" I completely disagree.

I hope she looks like this again soon!
